Box Fans Urgently Needed
A high rise apartment building for seniors who are living on low-incomes in Kankakee is currently operating without air conditioning. Repairs are underway, but are going to take some time. While the 120 residents have been offered alternative housing, many have declined to leave their homes. There is an urgent need for box fans to help keep these senior residents as cool and safe as possible during this warm weather. Can you please help?
