Healing from Loss (Support Group)

Grief comes in many forms, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Catholic Charities Diocese of Joliet is offering Healing from Loss & the Challenges that Follow, a six-week support group for adults age 60+ who are coping with the loss of a loved one, divorce, estrangement from family, loss of independence, or other significant life changes. Participants will find a safe, supportive environment to share experiences, gain practical tools, and connect with others facing similar challenges.

The group will meet Wednesdays, October 14 through November 18, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at Community Cup, Church of the Nazarene, 900 W. Jeffery St., Kankakee. Space is limited to seven participants.
