Catholic Charities’ Senior Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides low-income older adults with coupons to use at the Kankakee Farmer’s Market to promote healthy eating habits and provide access to fresh fruit, vegetables, and honey.

Participants must be 60+ (or 55+ if Native American) and living on a low income.

Visit us at the Kankakee Farmer’s Market on Saturday, July 15th from 8:00am – noon. We will assist with coupon applications and will distribute booklets. Applications are also available at our office: 100 College Drive (on the campus of Kankakee Community College) in Kankakee Monday – Friday from 8:30am – noon and 1:00pm – 4:30pm. Photo ID is required.
