This program provides information about and linkage to the many services and benefits available to older adults and persons with disabilities. Client advocacy and intervention are also offered.

Options Counseling

Short-term case management services to assist individuals age 60 and older or adults with disabilities age 18-59 in making decisions regarding long-term planning for their care.

Options Counseling is client centered and focused on empowering individuals to make their own decisions related to their care. Resources and referrals are provided to access a range of public and private programs. All services are free of charge with funding made available though AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois.
