This program provides advocacy and support for residents of long-term care facilities. Education on resident rights and related information is also offered to residents, community members, long-term care facility staff, and legislative representatives. Ombudsmen act at the direction of the resident to resolve his/her concerns and complaints. To learn more, click here.
