Advocating for Resident Rights and Quality Care in Long-Term Care Facilities

This program provides advocacy and support for residents of long-term care facilities. Education on resident rights and related information is also offered to residents, community members, long-term care facility staff, and legislative representatives. Ombudsmen act at the resident’s direction to resolve their concerns and complaints.
