Prenatal Classes – Spring 2025

The Doula Program at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet, invites the community to join FREE prenatal classes!

Participants are encouraged to have a support person present for classes. Children are welcome! Food will be served!

The Catholic Charities Doula Program invites all expecting parents in the community to our free prenatal classes at 203 N. Ottawa in Joliet (third floor).

📅 Class Schedule:

  • April 1 at 10am: Nutrition & Exercise
  • April 15 at 10am: Anatomy of Labor (signs & stages of labor)
  • April 22 at 12:30pm: Advocacy & Informed Consent
  • April 29 at 10am: Medical Interventions
  • May 6 at 10am: Comfort Measures
  • May 13 at 10am: Breastfeeding
  • May 20 at 10am: Post Partum & Newborn Care
