The Doula Program at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet, invites the community to join FREE prenatal classes!

Participants are encouraged to have a support person present for classes. Children are welcome! Food will be served!

When: Starting October 1, 2024

Where: 203 N. Ottawa, Joliet

This FREE group is open to anyone who is pregnant and partners/support people!

• October 1: Nutrition & Exercise (10:00am-12:00pm)
• October 8: Advocacy & Informed Consent (10:00am-12:00pm)
• October 15: Stages & Signs of Labor (10:00am-12:00pm)
• October 22: Medications & Interventions (12:30pm-2:30pm)
• November 5: Comfort Measures (10:00am-12:00pm)
• November 12: Breastfeeding & Formula Use (12:30pm-1:30pm)
• November 19: Postpartum Care (10:00am-12:00pm)
• November 26: Newborn Care (10:00am-12:00pm)
