Prenatal Classes

The Doula Program at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet, invites the community to join FREE prenatal classes!

Participants are encouraged to have a support person present for classes. Children are welcome! Food will be served!

The Catholic Charities Doula Program invites all expecting parents in the community to our free prenatal classes at 203 N. Ottawa in Joliet (third floor).

Classes begin at 10:00am unless otherwise noted.

Jan 20: Exercise & Nutrition
Jan 27: Anatomy of Labor
February 3: Advocacy & Informed Consent
February 10: Medical Interventions
February 17: Comfort Measures
February 24: Breastfeeding
March 3: Postpartum Care
March 10: Newborn Care (12:30PM)
