Disaster Relief Fund
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet responds to disasters and crises throughout our diocese ranging from home fires that affect a single family to tornadoes and floods, which affect hundreds. Additionally, Catholic Charities, through its Disaster Relief Fund, is prepared to help any unaccompanied children who have crossed the border and have made their way to our diocese.
In these events, Catholic Charities provides all types of assistance including but not limited to shelter, food, and mental health services to help families and entire communities get back on their feet. Although Catholic Charities is not a government agency, it is an essential part of the response when disaster strikes. We work in partnership with other agencies and organizations that provide services to disaster victims and those suffering crisis.
All donations made to this fund will be restricted to help those individuals or communities suffering a disaster or crisis. To donate now, click here. Thank you for your generosity. May God bless you and your families.
