We pray that you and your family are finding that this Christmas season provides a bit of peace and joy during an otherwise difficult year. As we pray for you, we also pray for the poor and vulnerable who have been severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
At Catholic Charities, we have spent 2020 responding to the ever-changing needs of the individuals and families that need our help. Our staff is on the frontline of this pandemic, distributing food, offering socially distant shelter, providing mental health support, reaching out to seniors, providing safe childcare, and supporting expectant mothers during this
complicated time. The Agency worked very hard to quickly modify our programs and services to ensure that staff and clients remained safe and healthy. In fact, we have even expanded our services to respond to the increased community needs.
We continue to witness great suffering from our neighbors as they navigate through the devastating impact on their lives. As people lose their jobs and their loved ones they fall deeper into despair. At Catholic Charities, we work each day to restore hope to those who are facing desperate times. If you are in a position to help, please consider making a donation to Catholic Charities to help those who are struggling this Christmas season. Please pray upon your gift and be as generous as possible. Your gift may make a world of difference to those who are unemployed, homeless, or hungry.
Thank you and please know that you and your family are always in our prayers.
