Are you a young adult navigating the challenges of growing up, finding your path, or just trying to make sense of it all? You’re not alone.

Kindred Spirits is a 7-week support group designed specifically for young adults ages 18–30 who are facing the emotional, social, and mental challenges of transitioning into adulthood. Led by experienced counselors from Catholic Charities, this group offers a safe, welcoming space to share, grow, and connect with others on a similar journey.

  • 💔 Processing Trauma in a Safe, Supportive Environment
